Sig Moseley To Be Inducted

Most of you have probably seen this news but I thought I’d mention it. Sig Moseley, the head of Imlay Investments, is going to be inducted into the Technology Hall of Fame of Georgia (is there really no website for the hall of fame?). Under Sig’s watch, Imlay did a phenomenal investment into ISS which is probably their most well known exit.  Sig has been fairly well involved in the local community and I must say one of the few local investors who has a Facebook account.  The award will happen at TAG’s annual technology summit on February 27th.  Congratulations Sig!

    1. Glad Sig’s being “inducted” and not “indicted.” The feed headline definitely got my attention. ;)
    2. Add Tradex (acquired by Ariba during the bubble) to the list of investments that made Sig’s rep.
    3. He’s a great investor, but more importantly Sig has a servant’s heart.
    4. A wiki-based compendium of the GA technology community (past and present) is in the works from a new nonprofit. So the GA Technology Hall of Fame will have a web presence soon.

    1. Intentional for that exact reason. I usually go for the obvious humor but sometimes I like to take the subtle approach.
    2. Didn’t remember that one.
    3. Totally agree.
    4. I’ve heard rumblings about this. It’ll be a welcome addition for people (like me) looking to research stuff.
